Will be responsible for:

Leading a team of Relationship Managers, Senior Officers and Officers with high credit and marketing skills.

Concurring all reports to CCO and Division Head and memorandums related to business processing.
Conduct of Market Research on a sectorial basis.
Enhance corporate portfolio volume and quality via:
a)     Attracting premium clients based on a scientific market research.
b)    Activate and expand business relations with existing clients with whom strategy is to grow.
c)     Ensuring that portfolio shall be characterized by an acceptable risk profile via monitoring collections and watch list clients.

Responsible to drive achievement of set targets and related strategy.
Assist in deriving strategy with regards to clients within assigned portfolio.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 7 years of banking experience with at least 3 Years in credit and marketing
  Credit certified.
  Ability to apply credit concepts to practical situations
  Leadership Skills
  Customer orientation.
  Negotiation skills.
  Strong awareness of Macro Economics.
  Interpersonal & Communication Skills
