  Job Description:
  • Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar job.
  • Suitable academic qualifications, independent self-starters who can deliver results under pressure, highly motivated and serious achiever.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English languages
