Job Description: |
- Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.

Skills Required: |
- A minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar job.
- Suitable academic qualifications, independent self-starters who can deliver results under pressure, highly motivated and serious achiever.
- Good command of both Arabic and English languages
