Job Description: |
- Responsible to Answer phones and respond to customer requests, invoice questions, and complaints.
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
- Sell product and place customer order in computer system and provide customer with product and service information.
- Up sell product and services
- Complete call logs and reports
- Recognize documents and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Promote new business, maintain and grow customer relationships through cross-selling.
- Provide the most professional, accurate, ever less and timely service.
- Responsible for the daily filing of the daily-booked information.
- Evaluate needs and direct customer to appropriate service.
- Accurately enter customer data into tracking software/system.
- Make outgoing calls to vendors, customer in order to follow-up with customer issues and get the right information in a timely manner .
- Maintain current industry and product knowledge in order to provide excellent customer service nature and scope

Skills Required: |
Min 3 to 5 years customer service experience in Banking (corporate banking is preferable) |
