  Job Description:
  • Responsible to Answer phones and respond to customer requests, invoice questions, and complaints.
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
  • Sell product and place customer order in computer system and provide customer with product and service information.
  • Up sell product and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Recognize documents and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Promote new business, maintain and grow customer relationships through cross-selling.
  • Provide the most professional, accurate, ever less and timely service.  
  • Responsible for the daily filing of the daily-booked information.
  • Evaluate needs and direct customer to appropriate service.
  • Accurately enter customer data into tracking software/system.
  • Make outgoing calls to vendors, customer in order to follow-up with customer issues and get the right information in a timely manner .
  • Maintain current industry and product knowledge in order to provide excellent customer service nature and scope
  Skills Required: Min 3 to 5 years customer service experience in  Banking (corporate banking is preferable)
