CorpLease has participated in the first mega real estate exhibition that took place in Egypt within the month of April from 16-19th.

The exhibition witnessed the first public marketing initiative holding both the CIB and CorpLease under one roof and promoting the various financial solutions they both provide for their respective and potential clients. March 9th, 2008

CorpLease opened the door for public subscription on 9thMarch 2008 as the first precedent of securitization for leasing contracts in Egypt for the value of 360 million Egyptian Pounds.
CorpLease transferred EGP 441 million worth of securitization portfolio to the Egyptian Company for Securitization to issue the bonds against the overall portfolio. MERIS Company ( Middle East Credit Rating) ranked the local credit rating of the bonds to be AA, which indicates a very strong creditworthiness compared to other local bonds.

February 27th, 2008

CorpLease participated in the Cairo ICT 2008 at the Cairo International Conference Centre from 24th to 27th February 2008. Both Operations and Marketing & Business Development departments represented CorpLease in a professional manner
